Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Change shipping info after order

You can change or cancel the order within 24 hours. Contact via support@neowaveofficial or our social media for any change or cancel. Any request regarding the order after 24 hours will not be accepted and we will not refund.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method and your location. These are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and logistical issues may impact delivery times. The estimated delivery window is typically between 5 to 20 business days for Europe,UK and North America, between 3-10 business days for Asia.

Shipping Limitations for certain regions

Our logistic partners could not guarantee to deliver to certain areas of your country such as remote areas or military/government addresses. When you place an order we will check with logistic company to see if we can ship to your address. If we are not able to do so, we will notify you within 24 hours after you place the order, and we will cancel the order and refund you.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking number

Once your shipment is sent out. Usually, a tracking number will be updated within 2 days. The tracking number will be provided by the carrier and we won’t hold any responsibility of that.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be applicable upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility and vary from country to country. Sky Realm Limited is not responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Damages

Sky Realm Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Failed Delivery Due to Customer:

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided by the customer, unable to contact the phone number on the shipping address,refusal of the package, or failure to claim the package from the carrier’s facility, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. These costs will vary depending on the shipping method and location. Customer has to pay re-delivery fee within certain days of the failed delivery depending on the local carrier’s requirement. If the customer refuses to pay the re-delivery fee, the package will be considered abandoned. The courier may choose to dispose of the package, and Sky Realm Limited will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for the items in the order.
